Our goal at Pierce Homes is to make your experience of home ownership a pleasant one. In the event that you require any follow-up or warranty service during your first year warranty period, please consult your Homeowner's Manual to verify warranty coverage. After consulting the manual and determining that warranty coverage is in effect for the concern(s) you have, please use this form to notify us.
Upon receipt, the request is forwarded to the field Superintendent who will call the homeowner, within 48 hours, to schedule a time for a Pierce Homes' service representative and/or subcontractor to complete the work. Please note that if you require any follow-up or warranty service relating to your mechanical, plumbing or electrical systems, or to your home appliances, you should refer to the appropriate contractor's service number provided on the subcontractor phone list included in your closing package. There is also an emergency sticker posted on you hot water heater. In the event of an emergency (as defined in your Homeowner's Manual), please contact the appropriate subcontractor or a Pierce Homes representative at (336) 855-0010.
