a new home community in Winston
Salem.
Chandler Pointe will provide 247 home sites in the first phase of construction,
with several ranch and two-story
floor plans for buyers to choose
from. When it is finished,
Chandler Pointe will offer
450 to 500 new homes to buyers,
all priced in the $140,000
to $200,000 range.
Each floor plan in Chandler Pointe will offer its own list of customizable options,
including sunrooms and sun
porches with additional square
footage.
The community amenities include a clubhouse, playground, walking trails, etc.
